About Me

It all started when my Grandmother made our family a Christmas cake each year covered in beautiful smooth white icing, which from the age of 7 I had great delight in decorating.

On my 9th birthday I received my own electric mixer and at 13 started working Saturdays at the local Bakery, this is where my cake obsession began!

I worked in many restaurants on an evening whilst taking a photography foundation course.

After completing this and getting a job as a photographer, i realised my passion still lay in cake making.
